Why Can't God Be The One Person that Everyone Looks Up Too? The reason I ask this question is this,instead of looking up to God, everyone's looking up to our president and other world leaders. The truth is the president doesn't know anything about how to run a country,only God truly does. They should be helping out with the oil spill in the gulf instead of focusing on other things. Are they just wasting their time? The truth is I really don't know. This inspiration came to me during the sermon at church yesterday. It really hit home with me. A lot of the time people think that I don't listen or don't even care about anything,but that isn't true at all whatsoever. I just listen and observe and try to comprehend things and do the best I can to live like a good, true christian. None of us wants to see this world fall completely apart, we need God to come back so that he can make everything better. God's timing is always perfect and that's the cold,hard truth. A lot of the time people don't want to hear the truth, but guess what? Get over it! Suck it up and deal with it! Sometimes certain people need to hear the truth in order to change their lives forever. They need to change their actions immediately. Take the focus off yourself and put it firmly on God. Patience is a virtue, but the more patient you are, the better things will be. Stop walking around like you've got no hope. Keep your head up and stay positive, that's the best way to be when things start to look bad or really bad for that matter. Stay persistent with God, keep the faith, and stay strong. Things will be so much better for each of us. Sometimes it takes forever, but other times not so much. The longer you wait, the better things will turn out. God is faithful and he keeps his promises. Lean on God, stand firm, let nobody move you, and keep on going. That was one of the many lessons that my mother has taught me throughout my entire life and I really take that to heart, especially in times of trouble and confusion. God can be your best friend or your worst enemy. You all need to straighten up and fly right. Get your acts together and chose the path of righteousness. Turn far away from the path to eternal damnation, trust me you don't want to go there,it's very hot with no air conditioning and worms are eating away at you. I sure as heck don't want to go there. Lean on God, Fully Rely on God,and depend on God. Read the bible. Bible stands for Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. If you do that, then you have an eternal life full of happiness. No more suffering, no more pain, no more crying, no more starvation,no more dehydration,and definitely no more exhaustion. It will just be full of happiness, love, peace,and joy. No more confusion either. Put all of your trust in God and then life will be so much better. Just trust in the Lord. I can do all things through he who strengthens me. I hope and pray that God opens up all of our eyes to him and how this world is a big mess. Pull all of our troops out of war. We hate this! I'd like to close this blog entry with a simple prayer "God, please protect all of our troops over in the mideast, and bring them all back home to us safe and sound all in one piece with no bumps, no bruises, no broken bones, no nothing.
